At Silverback, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to reach your peak potential without any compromise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the equipment is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
